OUR STORY
The Genesis of Manuverate
With so many factors impacting today’s distributors – growing SKU portfolios, rising delivery costs, CDL driver availability, pricing pressures, employee injuries and safety concerns and tighter delivery windows – a change is desperately needed to improve last mile delivery challenges. While past and current delivery vehicle solutions incorporate minimal mechanical design changes, most have had limited impact or compromised other performance factors.
Through empirical analysis of the process and thousands of hours on distributor warehouse floors, conducting route rides and seeing first-hand the challenges presented to delivery personnel, our team invested time developing an innovative, uncompromising solution that addresses the most critical industry challenges and needs. Manuverate is the only solution that balances economics and ergonomics.
INNOVATION AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Unique Features Offer Combined Benefits
Through our collaborative relationship with Roush Industries, we’ve focused on performing extensive analysis and rigorous testing of alternative materials and components throughout the design and development of the Manuverate delivery system.
Patented Technology
Based upon the Manuverate proprietary multi-axis delivery mechanism, product can be loaded and unloaded at the optimal ergonomic position – near operator waist level – utilizing vertical movement of shelves followed by horizontal conveyance of the product. The Manuverate delivery system is patent protected in the United States, Japan and Europe.
Reliable Design and Performance
The Manuverate Module was designed for continuous use and easy maintenance.
- Materials, components and sub-assembly parts are rated for hazardous conditions in compliance with the Industry Standard IP-67 rating. This ensures the electronic controls and safety sensors are dust tight and waterproof
- System components and architecture are designed to operate over a wide temperature range, from sub-zero freezing at -20°F to high temperatures up to 120°F
- All electrical wiring is enclosed and protected inside the Manuverate structural frame
- Electrical components and contacts utilize sealed automotive type connectors
Easy Installation & Operation
The Manuverate GEN III Keg Module can be easily mounted securely into existing side bay beverage trailers with no modification required.
The delivery driver can be trained to use the Manuverate GEN III Module in a matter of minutes.
- All controls are intuitive
- Labeled push buttons are arrayed in a well-lit, multi-colored LED control panel designed for easy use
- For added safety, an emergency-stop push button safely interrupts any active task in the event the driver must stop the process
